Your Role as a Dental Assistant
- Assist endodontists chairside during root canals, retreatments, and surgical procedures
- Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards
- Capture and process digital x-rays for diagnostic accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage supply inventory
- Provide patient education on post-procedure care and ensure comfort throughout each visit
- Support the front office and ensure a seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Dental Assistant certification or completion of a CODA-accredited program (preferred)
- DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and CPR certifications (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (specialty experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
