This is a remote role, must be able to work in a remote work environment but commute to the office and other work locations as needed (in the state of Florida). The office is located in Altamonte Springs, FL.

What it is:
The Trainer II position requires a strong willingness and ability to learn and acquire subject-matter expertise in Stellar MLS products and services. This role is responsible for leading and facilitating classroom and virtual training sessions utilizing approved materials and established curriculum, as well as developing original course content that aligns with Stellar MLS’s brand, values, and standards of excellence.
Reporting to the Training Manager, the Trainer II collaborates with team members and works independently to design, deliver, and continually enhance training programs. This position represents Stellar MLS’s commitment to the real estate community and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in all interactions.
What you’ll do:
This is a salary, exempt, full-time role. Your essential duties and responsibilities will consist of:
- Have a strong willingness and ability to learn and gain subject-matter expertise of Stellar MLS products and services.
- Present training content in multiple media formats to customers and/or staff
- Communicate effectively and promptly
- Create, develop, update and improve training content
- Record, edit, and produce training videos
- Complete assigned projects and tasks within deadlines
- Communicate with Team Lead or Manager any day-to-day concerns that may negatively impact the team or Stellar MLS
- Travel to conduct training sessions for various vendors and customers
- Attend meetings and events to promote the organization and products as assigned
- Able to conduct remote training sessions
- Knowledge and ability to learn the CRM system, enter event information, update attendance, create cases and document other relevant information
- Maintain personal schedule and assist in quality control of team schedule
- Accurately account for business-related expenses and mileage while adhering to all other company policies
- Requires flexibility for occasional after-hours responsibilities and the ability to travel as needed to support training and organizational initiatives.
- Timely and regular attendance both onsite and in a remote environment is an essential function of the position; being physically present in the work environment is an essential job function
- Cross-training for other departmental functions is expected and required.
- Must be able to work remotely from the state of Florida as well as report to corporate headquarters and other business events as required.
