Global Network Coordinator - Logistics

Position Summary
The Global Network Coordinator – Logistics serves as the primary contact for Radiant’s Strategic Partners, supporting daily business needs, providing rate quotes, and assisting with sales initiatives. This role ensures smooth operational coordination, partner support, and internal collaboration across international logistics.
Responsibilities may evolve based on business and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide international corporate support for network members and stations.
- Manage and coordinate shipment routing for RGLN members and partners.
- Prepare and deliver rate quotes (Air, Ocean, FCL/LCL, Import/Export).
- Ensure compliance with FMC regulations and related requirements.
- Oversee FCL import tracking through the HBL system.
- Generate reporting on volumes, trends, profitability, and sales opportunities.
- Track and maintain overseas agent sales leads in HubSpot.
- Deliver weekly quote recap reporting (win/loss).
- Support members and Radiant stations in pricing structure development.
- Maintain and update RGLN/Strategic Partner Portal and internal web resources.
- Manage partner profiles, sales materials, and international agent recommendations.
- Provide customer service support (AWB restock, quote request redirection, overseas updates via CW/SAP TM).
- Coordinate onboarding for new RGLN members, including checklist management.
- Process monthly billing for services and memberships.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or International Trade preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics (required).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SAP TM, CargoWise 4.0, and HubSpot.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, charts, and reporting).

Work Schedule & Environment
- Standard 8-hour workday with requisite meal and rest breaks.
- Must maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

Physical & Cognitive Demands
- Regular physical activities: sitting, walking, keyboarding, handling documents, and phone communication.
- Visual requirements: close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with fractions and decimals).
- Ability to read and interpret documents, emails, and spreadsheets; prepare reports; and communicate effectively with bother internal and external contacts.
