Job Summary
- Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and statistical skills, a deep understanding of machine learning and data modeling, and the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets to support business objectives
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform data curation, analytic development, data visualizations, and statistical analysis
- Design, develop, and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from various sources to uncover trends and patterns
- Communicate findings clearly through dashboards, visualizations, and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams to translate data into actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience, Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
- Demonstrated experience with Power Bi Proficiency and other dashboards
- Must be comfortable with stakeholder engagement and briefings to communicate technical needs and challenges
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with capabilities or defining requirements for end user experience development is preferred
- Any AOR or target language experience
Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The pay range for this role is:100,000 - 135,000 USD per year(Ft. Meade MD)
