Responsibilities and Duties
- Accommodate the needs of customers
 - Communicates menu changes, recipe changes, and procedure changes to the staff.
 - Prepares food items according to recipes, instructions and customer orders, and follows food handling and safety requirements
 - Oversees and monitors portions and food quality
 - Oversees the cleanliness of the restaurant to meet Nifty Fifty's standards
 - Balance drawers after all shifts
 - Maintain a program for sound employee relations and safety of all employees.
 - Facilitate pre-shift meetings
 - Monitor labor and food costs
 - Sets goals to improve quality, productivity, motivations, customer satisfaction and morale
 - Other additional tasks upper management may need assistance with
