SEEKING A FULL TIME GENERAL MANAGER:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum three years' working experience as a General Manager or equivalent
- Open availability, including holidays
- 50 hour work week
- Reliable transportation is a job requirement
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Restaurant General Manager position is an exciting opportunity: everything that happens in the four walls of your restaurant is entirely within your control and influence and there's no limits to what you can achieve! - Building a team of amazing people and train, coach, develop, and performance manage your team to deliver consistently awesome customer experiences.
- Ensuring compliance at all times with health, sanitation, and food safety guidelines. ServSafe certification is required.
- Building sales by executing operational procedures and systems consistently and with excellence.
- Growing restaurant profitability by building sales and managing controllable costs to budget. Familiarity with a Profit & Loss statement and its analysis is preferred.
- Maintaining compliance with Wendy's operational systems and procedures and ensuring the restaurant complies with Federal, State, and local laws as applicable.
NOTE: this position is not an entry-level position. Prior experience in quick-service restaurant management or the educational field is required.

- Taste/smell detect, distinguish, determine, not applicable.
- Carry weight, lift, move, transport, position, put, install, remove; frequently moves product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure hot/cold. Constantly exposed to low temperatures in walk-in freezer and cooler. Constantly exposed to high heat in walk-in oven, or wall mounted ovens.
