Laboratory Technician [LH Primary Care/Shoal Creek]
SUMMARY: Responsible for blood collection procedures, performs clerical duties of the department including daily computer operations, charting of results, answering telephone and maintaining inventory of in-stock supply. Assists with processing send-out tests and pathology specimens.
Preferred Education/Training: High school diploma or GED
Preferred Experience: Previous laboratory, phlebotomy or direct patient care experience
Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: CMA; Nationally recognized phlebotomy certifications
