Supervisor Clinical PracticeWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily clinical operations across our outpatient services. This leadership role provides guidance, oversight, and support to clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care.
Reporting to [insert reporting structure if needed], the Supervisor serves as a clinical resource, ensures regulatory compliance, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and leads team development through performance management, education, and training.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily clinic operations and serve as the primary resource for clinical staff

Provide oversight of patient care, assessments, and coordination of education

Monitor compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including documentation in EHR
-
Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and oversee personnel actions

Coordinate ongoing training, standards adherence, and performance evaluations
-
Assist in policy development, process improvement, and quality assurance activities
-
Participate in and lead quality improvement projects

Perform clinical duties within scope of license as needed

Ensure clinic operations remain within budget and operate efficiently

Lead and direct the work of clinical team members with autonomy and sound judgment
Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited program or US Military equivalent in a related field

Active clinical licensure in one of the following (as applicable):
-
Registered Nurse (RN): BSN and active RN license in Idaho or compact state

Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience required
-
Prior leadership experience preferred
-
BLS certification required
-
ACLS certification required, if applicable to clinic specialty
