Administrative Coordinator

What You’ll Do
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will:

Provide administrative support to the Director/Manager, including policy implementation, document preparation, data reporting, and special project coordination.

Monitor department documentation to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Coordinate schedules, training, and onboarding for department staff.

Serve as a key resource for staff and patients, facilitating communication and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Organize and support department events such as meetings, training sessions, and educational programs.

Support operational functions such as supply inventory, billing, and record keeping.

Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives and department committees.
What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting. Previous leadership or team coordination experience is a plus.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare systems

Detail-oriented with strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
