The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our leadership team. This role sets the strategic vision for HR, drives culture and engagement, and ensures people strategy aligns with business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Director will oversee all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition to leadership development, compensation, compliance, and employee engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and culture initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, benefits, compensation, and compliance.
- Guide employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
- Develop training and safety programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/HR certification preferred).
- 10+ years in HR leadership, including 5+ in a senior role.
- Strong business acumen, ideally in engineering consulting or a related field.
- Proven success in shaping HR strategy and advising executives.
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
