About the Role: As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of our facility. Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

- Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
- Availability: Open availability, required to work nights, weekends, and holidays (except Easter, Thanksgiving, & Christmas).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Pay Rate: $18- $20 an hour, dependent upon prior experience
