DMAC Security is seeking a dedicated Multi-Site Manager to oversee staffing operations across multiple client sites. This role demands a confident, people-focused leader who balances operational precision with strong interpersonal communication. The multiple site manager must demonstrate strong initiative, accountability, and sound judgment under pressure. This is a highly visible leadership role where consistency, clarity, and responsiveness are essential. The work involves frequent prioritization, urgent response to client needs, and structured leadership of field staff. High attention to detail, professionalism, and personal discipline are non-negotiable. The ideal candidate is proactive, assertive, and comfortable directing others while strictly following established procedures and post requirements. This is not a behind-the-scenes role—it requires presence, ownership, and strong follow-through every day. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain staff schedules to ensure all posts are adequately covered. Daily review and upkeep of Staffwizard schedules. Anticipate and plan future staffing needs, assigning new hires based on skills and operational requirements. Monitor officer performance, address issues professionally, and improve productivity to reduce overtime and costs. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Operations Manager. Oversee requests for uniforms and equipment, maintain site supply inventories, and enforce uniform standards. Track employee training, credentials, and operational metrics to inform staffing decisions Collaboration on physical security assessments and post orders. Support operational improvements and recommend cost-saving measures. Assignment of open shifts to increase officer productivity and decrease non-billable costs.
Qualifications Previous experience in security operations or workforce scheduling preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience with a focus on team development and client service is a plus.
