Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Contract Analyst serves as a key strategic resource, overseeing the lifecycle management of supply chain contracts and pricing structures. This role ensures contract compliance, data integrity, and operational alignment across sourcing, procurement, finance, and clinical teams. With advanced expertise in contract administration and ERP systems, the analyst drives visibility, supports renewal strategies, and enables informed decision-making that enhances financial and operational performance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply-Chain Management, Healthcare Administration required
Experience

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in supply chain, contracting, data management, or related field, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Premier, Oracle, Lawson, SAP) and preferred contract management software.

Familiarity with GPO contracts and healthcare procurement practices is a plus.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and analyze GPO and Local Contracts
-
Oversee the activation and governance of Local and Premier contracts within Supply Chain Management (SCM) system, ensuring alignment with organizational purchasing strategies and compliance with GPO standards

Lead comprehensive financial impact assessments and tier optimization strategies for GPO contracts, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide cost containment goals and strategic sourcing initiatives

Track departmental savings and prepare monthly scorecards

Lead the development, governance, and maintenance of the Item Master database across all supply chain systems.

Serve as the primary liaison for GPO contract integration, tier optimization, and strategic sourcing initiatives

Establish and enforce data standards for item descriptions, pricing, vendor attributes, and contract alignment

Collaborate with Contracting, Finance, and Clinical stakeholders to ensure timely investigation of contract terms and pricing structures into operational workflows

Analyze item utilization trends to support product standardization and cost reduction strategies

Provide strategic oversight of the Accept/Activate panel within the supply chain system, ensuring timely validation and activation of contracts, pricing updates, and item records in alignment with organizational procurement standards
