In this Buyer II role, you will apply and expand your procurement expertise to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding purchasing environment.
· Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
· Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve favorable commercial outcomes while minimizing risk.
· Supplier Management: Develop and maintain long-term supplier partnerships to ensure reliability and performance.
· Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities to support data driven purchasing decisions.
· Cost Management: Drive continuous cost improvements initiatives without compromising quality or delivery.
· Performance Metrics: Track and report on supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost-saving results.

Compensation details: 27-37 Hourly Wage
