The Opportunity
We’re seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Virginia branch. This role oversees daily operations of the facility, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Manage all aspects of the operation which include planning, resources and quality
- Implement process improvements and drive cost efficiencies
- Lead and support engineering and operations teams
- Resolve customer concerns with a focus on quality and service
- Oversee site budget, performance metrics, and compliance standards
- Ensure alignment across departments and maintain safe, efficient operations
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in controls automation or similar field
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control processes.
- Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Judgment & Adaptability: Strong decision-making ability, with a flexible approach to managing competing priorities.
