The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations while driving full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role blends traditional HR generalist responsibilities—including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR policy support—with a strong emphasis on sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
HR Generalist Functions
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Participate in the administration of employee benefits and respond to employee questions regarding health, retirement, and leave programs.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Participate in HR projects such as engagement initiatives, training programs, and communications.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and U.S. employment laws.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent); preferred
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or technology industries.
• Familiarity with employer branding and social recruiting strategies.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
• Must have ability to work from our local office Monday through Friday normal workday hours.
