Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling clients, and handling administrative work as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and have basic tech savvy skills. They should be able to multitask. The Administrative Assistant should also have excellent customer service and customer support skills.
Estimated start date / end date: October 1st, 2025 through December 15th 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Responding back to clients
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Collecting required data from clients
- Provide administrative support
- Maintaining records and files
- Assist with enrolling customers into desired plans
- Assist with Medicare Part D analysis
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Office Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 5:00pm
Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on your experience.
