About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Clerical Records Associate to join our Administrative team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will play a key role in maintaining and managing organizational records with accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent administrative support – all while working remotely in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Organize, update, and maintain digital and physical records in compliance with company policies.
- Manage data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Retrieve and distribute records as requested by different teams within the organization.
- Review and verify documents to ensure completeness and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist in archiving and disposing of records in accordance with retention policies.
- Respond to email and phone inquiries related to clerical and recordkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline record management processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate and distribute regular reports summarizing recordkeeping activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a clerical, administrative, or records management role.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Capability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with data entry and recordkeeping best practices.
