About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Chat Agent to join our Customer Support team. In this hourly, full-time position, you will provide responsive and professional assistance to customers through live chat. As the first line of contact, you will help maintain exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and empathetically, all while working from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions.

- Log interactions and maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to existing and potential customers.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to type quickly and accurately while engaging with multiple customers simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
