Member Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist members with account management and troubleshooting
- Provide product information and support to ensure member satisfaction
- Document and track member interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
Member Support Specialist Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
