Who we want:
The Senior Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day activities across the organization. This position oversees key operational areas including facility management, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and records systems. Working closely with the Vice President of Systems and Operations, the role contributes to budget tracking, emergency preparedness, and cross-departmental projects, helping to ensure operational consistency and excellence.
This position does require you to be in office the majority of the week.

What you'll do:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational workflows, ensuring seamless execution of core services such as mail processing, room reservations, and administrative logistics.
- Oversee vendor relationships, facility maintenance schedules, and building security coordination in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee space planning efforts and office relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain and monitor the UWATX asset inventory lifecycle, including procurement, tracking, and disposal, aligned with organizational policies.
- Facilitate cross-functional operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Assist the VP of Systems and Operations to develop, oversee, and report on departmental budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and security personnel
- Coordinate and oversee emergency response planning and training, ensuring readiness and compliance
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Oversee records management systems including offsite storage solutions
- Analyze operational systems and processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in operations management
- Strong project management skills and experience with vendor management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software

This position is located in Austin, Texas, and reports directly to the VP of Systems and Operations
