HR Business Partner (BHS)
Beacon Health System is excited to offer an internal opportunity for a passionate Onsite HR Business Partner to join our HR team. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted consultant to frontline leaders, helping shape the future of our workforce. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR pods and business units to deliver innovative, people-centered solutions that support our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- MUST have minimum of 2 years of employee relations experience, preferrably in the Healthcare space.
- Partner with managers and supervisors on rollout of HR initiatives and special projects.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence on compensation, talent development, and organizational design.
- Support engagement efforts, analyze survey results, and recommend retention strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and HR, ensuring alignment and consistency across the system.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2–5+ years of HR experience in a large, complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to coach leaders, analyze data, and drive outcomes.
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred.
