The Visual Merchandising Specialist is part of the Product Development team. This role contributes to the success of the company by styling, processing and displaying merchandise in our showrooms, tradeshows, and other events to ensure that all displays are aesthetically pleasing per company brand standards. The Specialist supports our vision by providing creative merchandising support to departments and divisions on a variety of projects.
- This is a permanent, full-time hourly position (Non-exempt), at $18/hr
- Full-Time schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Major Duties Include:
- Performs display updates, replenishes missing samples, carries out daily touch-ups, and has full accountability in ensuring the Miami FOH Inc. showroom displays are tidy, fresh, and ready for customer appointments
- Resets displays after customer meetings and other merchandising projects
- Scans product barcodes to create order item lists, organizing the spreadsheet and adding notes where needed
- Supports in presetting trade show displays
- Coordinates cross-departmental projects including work with Creative, Marketing, Finance, Workspace, and Sales
- Creates and provides planogram and visual display photos to reps for new item introductions and as response to ongoing requests for assistance with merchandising
- Works to create visual directives, communicates merchandising standards, and projects the brand image in alignment to the organization’s culture by ensuring product displays remain fresh and trend-forward
- Coordinates signage, working with Cremar to develop and install signage ensuring new items and promotions are properly signed
- Facilitates purchasing of props, merchandising materials, furniture, etc.
- Learns to enter sample orders in SAP, and follows company order processing SOP
- Decorates the HQ office seasonally, keeps track of existing decorations and purchases more as needed
- Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interaction
Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
- Associate degree in visual merchandising or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years in a visual merchandising role
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The salary/hourly range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated or budgeted range.
