Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and supervisors on strategic HR initiatives and special projects.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence on compensation, talent development, and organizational design.
- Support engagement efforts, analyze survey results, and recommend retention strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and HR, ensuring alignment and consistency across the system.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2–5+ years of HR experience in a large, complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to coach leaders, analyze data, and drive strategic outcomes.
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred.
