We are looking for a professional and dedicated individual to monitor and enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, prevent conflicts, and maintain accurate incident documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce security protocols.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and critical incidents.
- Build positive relationships and prevent conflicts within the assigned area.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation.
Requirements
-Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years combined in military, law enforcement, corrections, security, or emergency response.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Current SLED Certification.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency with emergency response systems and incident reporting tools.
Language:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Competencies:
- Crisis management
- Problem solving
- Communication and knowledge of security policies
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to undergo and pass drug screening, psychological evaluation, and background check.
- In-person presence required.
