As a Project Manager Apprentice, you’ll play a vital role in that mission by guiding clients through one of the most critical and personal parts of the restoration journey—the rebuild process.

What would I be doing?
- Learn how to plan, budget, and oversee residential rebuild projects
- Partner with a Territory Manager for hands-on training and mentorship
- Communicate directly with clients to guide them through the rebuild process
- Visit job sites to track progress and solve real-time challenges
- Coordinate with trades, vendors, and internal teams to keep jobs moving
- Ensure work is completed with excellence, professionalism, and care
- Document project updates and maintain accurate records
- Provide diamond-level customer service throughout each project
- Grow toward becoming a full Project Manager, with increasing responsibilities and opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
