We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Associate (QC Associate) to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet established standards for quality and accuracy. The QC Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct inspections, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform quality checks on products and materials to verify compliance with standards and specifications.
- Review outbound truck loading to ensure order accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify quality trends and areas for improvement.
- Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Partner with production and operations teams to implement quality control processes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving quality-related issues across departments.
- Stay updated on industry standards, techniques, and technologies related to quality control.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, quality management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or related role.
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Proficiency with analytical, statistical, and measurement tools; experience with quality control software a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Quality-related certification (e.g., Six Sigma, CQIA, or similar) a plus.
