The Role:
We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Referral Partnerships to lead the design and expansion of Alder's referral program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building trust across aging services ecosystems and understands the value of warm, mission-aligned referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture referral partner relationships: Cultivate deep, trust-based partnerships with elder law attorneys, financial advisors, trust and estate professionals, healthcare providers and other key professional networks to generate new client referrals.
- Plan and execute referral marketing campaigns: Lead co-branded initiatives (guides, toolkits, events, and digital assets) that support partners in engaging their clients while reinforcing Alder's premium brand.
- Organize high-touch community events: Coordinate small dinners, lunch-and-learns, and exclusive gatherings that bring referral partners and prospective clients together in ways that highlight Alder's concierge service model.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with care managers, marketing, and leadership to ensure referral messaging, client experience, and partner engagement are tightly aligned.
- Track and report referral performance: Leverage HubSpot and internal dashboards to monitor referral partner activity, deal flow, and ROI, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Serve as Alder's brand ambassador: Represent Alder with professionalism, warmth, and credibility across all partner interactions, embodying the high standard of care that differentiates the company.
Required skills / experiences:
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or outreach
- Familiarity with elder care, aging services, or healthcare systems preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders
- Self-starter with a passion for mission-driven work and community impact
