- The Financial Assistance Representative is responsible for assisting patients with their medical bills to determine possibility of insurance eligibility, payment arrangement options or charity determination. The Financial Assistance Representative works very closely with the Business Office, the Clinics and the Eligibility Assistance Vendor.
