Position Summary
Provides quality Advanced Practice Nursing prescriptive care through the application of advanced practice nursing process using evidence-based practice, focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience in accordance with established standards of professional Advanced Practice Nursing care.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1. Facilitates, provides, and coordinates patient care.
2. Effectively and efficiently documents all care provided to patients in electronic medical record.
3. Maintains Professional Development.
4. Maintains Patient Safety.

NJ APN & CDS licensure and DEA certificate
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

â— Must pass annual competencies based program and mandated in-service education as well as maintaining state required CME.
â— Experience working with psychiatric and substance abuse populations.
â— Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
