What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-home therapy and support to delinquent youth and families
- Develop and manage treatment plans with clients and agencies
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and crisis support
- Mentor caregivers in parenting, budgeting, and life skills
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Travel locally to homes and community settings
- Promote a safe environment for youth's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in a counseling-related field
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Empathy, professionalism, and a trauma-informed mindset
