Professional Nurse Leader responsible for activities related to Nursing Professional Governance and Manager for the Journey to Magnet.The Journey to Magnet Manager leads and coordinates the organization’s efforts to achieve and sustain Magnet® designation, ensuring alignment with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program standards. This role collaborates with nursing leadership, shared governance councils, quality teams, and interdisciplinary stakeholders to advance nursing excellence, professional practice, and patient outcomes.

- Monitor nursing-sensitive indicators and highlight outcomes that demonstrate nursing excellence.
- Promotes evidence-based practice, research, and innovation across the organization.
