POSITION SUMMARY:
We currently have an opening for an Office Specialist to join our team of committed and compassionate professionals. The Office Specialist performs a variety of administrative duties to support the operations of the Human Resources department. This position is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting employees, applicants, and visitors, as well as offering administrative support to the recruitment team. Key responsibilities include assisting with onboarding and pre-screening appointments, supporting personnel file compliance and retention, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

One year of office experience

Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff, applicants, and the public

Proficiency with basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and document management

Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday

Prior experience providing administrative or HR support
