The CMH Heart Institute in Bolivar, Missouri, is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least one year of experience to join our well-established cardiology team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, no-call position in a fast-paced clinic setting—ideal for an APP who wants to deliver high-quality care as part of a trusted, collaborative team.

Advanced Scope: The CMH Heart Institute is a Level II STEMI Center with 24/7 cardiology availability and a Level III Stroke Center, providing full-spectrum cardiovascular services from stress testing to surgical evaluations.

Predictable Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No evenings, no weekends, and no call.
Who We’re Looking For

Licensed NP or PA with 1+ years of experience

Missouri license (or eligibility)

Comfortable managing chronic cardiac conditions and participating in new patient evaluations and follow-ups
