About The Role
As a Receptionist Clerk in our Customer Support department, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and internal teams. This role is vital in ensuring visitors and callers receive outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. This full-time, hourly position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where excellent communication and organizational skills are valued.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and professional at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Support the Customer Support team with clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of visitor logs and other records.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and activities, as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

The pay range for this role is:21.90 - 34.90 USD per hour(Remote (Cedar City, Utah, US))
