About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Digital Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support team. In this hourly, full-time role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service through digital communication channels while ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This position provides an opportunity to build meaningful customer relationships in a fast-paced and dynamic environment leveraging your excellent English language skills.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other digital platforms in a courteous and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing accurate and tailored solutions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.
- Proactively identify recurring customer concerns and communicate feedback to improve customer experiences.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure service goals and response times are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a digital environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule as needed, including weekends and holidays.

The pay range for this role is:20.19 - 41.66 USD per hour(Remote (Juneau, Alaska, US))
