About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Assistance Agent (Offsite) to join our Customer Support team. In this hourly, full-time position, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing solutions remotely in English. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex cases as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and suggest innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
- Meet individual and team key performance metrics (KPIs) for customer service quality and response time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer support or service role is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with the team.
- Comfortable using standard office communication tools and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace.
