About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Online Customer Support Advisor to join our growing Customer Support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance through various online communication channels. As an integral part of the company, you will ensure that customers have a seamless experience and their needs are met with professionalism and care. This is a full-time, hourly position requiring fluency in English.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records in our internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and share feedback for continuous improvement.
- Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively suggest solutions or resources to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and company announcements to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in an online setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt tone and messaging depending on the customer's needs.
- Proficient typing skills and familiarity with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively.
- High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work full-time in a flexible environment, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed.

The pay range for this role is:19.80 - 31.40 USD per hour(Remote (Oregon City, Oregon, US))
