We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Input Specialist to join our Customer Support team remotely. In this hourly, full-time position, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems and databases are updated accurately and consistently while providing support to the broader team. Your meticulous nature and ability to handle data with care will contribute to the success of our operations and customer satisfaction efforts.
Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain accurate information in company systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into systems to ensure error-free records.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team and other departments to collect necessary data and resolve discrepancies.
- Adhere to established data management protocols and standards to maintain data integrity.
- Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and provide support as needed.
- Monitor and identify potential improvements in the data management process to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data for internal use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role requiring high attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in English, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data management tools and basic software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately, with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- High level of accountability and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Experience in customer support or working closely with support teams is a plus.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Charleston, West Virginia, US))
