We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented TeleChat Clerk to join our Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide timely assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. As a key ambassador of our support team, your expertise in English and communication skills will contribute to maintaining our high standard of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat platforms promptly and professionally.
- Deliver accurate, clear, and concise information to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Navigate and utilize internal tools and systems to track, document, and manage support interactions.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and related queries.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Identify common customer pain points and report feedback to improve processes and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in written English with exceptional communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer support or chat-based role is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Comfortable using chat software and associated technologies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, US))
