About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Appointment Setter to join our Administrative team. This full-time, hourly position is ideal for a motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in appointment setting or a related role. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in supporting our team by initiating contact with prospective clients, scheduling meetings, and maintaining professional and efficient communication. Strong English language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential for success in this role.
What You'll Do
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or other communication tools to schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to understand scheduling needs and priorities.
- Maintain and update appointment records in the company's scheduling system.
- Follow up with prospective clients to confirm appointments and address any potential changes.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving scheduling-related concerns.
- Ensure all appointments are aligned with team members' calendars and availability.
- Report progress and performance metrics to your supervisor on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in appointment setting or a related administrative role.
- Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools is a plus.
- Capability to manage time efficiently and juggle multiple priorities.

The pay range for this role is:19.28 - 35.60 USD per hour(Remote (Livingston, New Jersey, US))
