We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry and Maintenance Specialist to join our Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate data records and supporting the smooth operation of various customer support functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills in English and excellent attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in every task.
Responsibilities
- Input, maintain, and update customer information and data records with precision.
- Verify data accuracy and identify any inconsistencies for correction.
- Collaborate with team members to support data-related projects and customer inquiries.
- Ensure proper categorization and organization of data for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Handle data entry tasks in compliance with company policies and privacy standards.
- Streamline data entry workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the Customer Support team by providing accurate data and insights when required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in data entry, database management, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with customer support operations is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are advantageous.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 75,000 USD per year(Remote (Seattle, Washington, US))
