About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Support Agent to join our dynamic Customer Support department. This is a fully remote, full-time hourly position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional client experiences. As a Client Support Agent, you will be a critical part of the team, ensuring customers receive prompt, efficient, and informative support in English.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, or phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on providing clear and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and report recurring customer concerns or feedback to improve processes and enhance client experience.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Customer Support or Client Services role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM software.
- Highly adaptable and able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work full-time hours in a remote environment, including flexibility to work shifts as required by the team.
The pay range for this role is:23.19 - 35.60 USD per hour(Remote (Jacksonville, North Carolina, US))
