We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry and Verification Clerk to join our Customer Support team in a full-time, hourly role. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of data entry with accuracy. As a key contributor to the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of customer data while supporting seamless operational workflows. Strong communication and proficiency in English are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Input customer and operational data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct data verification processes to ensure all entered information is complete and correct.
- Review, update, and maintain customer records to ensure database accuracy.
- Resolve data discrepancies by communicating with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support Customer Support operations.
- Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall data management processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with data entry software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Atlanta, Georgia, US))
