Direct the day-to-day operations of the store(S) in Montana. Collaborate with the VP of Retail to develop and execute strategies to gain new customer service, drive store(s) sales and increase profitability. Create store(s) policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
