We're looking for a Production Artist to join our plush team. This is a supporting role where you will create character turnarounds and plush spec files of plush concept designs in Adobe Illustrator for our sampling and mass production teams.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills in working-level English as well as proficiency in doing character turnarounds in Adobe Illustrator.
Responsibilities
- Create character turnarounds in Adobe Illustrator for manufacturing products such as plushies, stationery, pins and more
- Assemble plush sample feedback sheets
- Provide occasional support with daily sample review; this may become a larger focus over time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in the toys, collectables, or plush industry
- Experience in character design, and/or illustration
- A solid grasp of anatomy
- Fluent in English for day-to-day communication with our global team
- Systematic thinking, extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication
Bonus
- Fluent in spoken Mandarin and have experience working with Chinese manufacturers
- Previous work experience in toy manufacturing
