Rehabilitation Institute at Sinai
Located within Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, the Rehabilitation Institute at Sinai is a recognized leader in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Our interdisciplinary team of over 30 specialized therapists provides personalized care plans using the latest therapeutic technologies to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Position Summary
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides safe, compassionate, and age-appropriate patient care within the rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide AM/PM care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and oral hygiene
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient environment by changing bed linens, tidying bedside areas, and restocking supplies
- Promote patient comfort by adjusting beds, offering blankets/pillows, and ensuring access to fresh water
- Collaborate with nurses and the broader care team to support individualized treatment goals
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and patient care standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active Maryland CNA or GNA License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Less than one (1) year of direct clinical experience
