We are seeking a driven, Korean-speaking Legal Assistant to join our Korean Client Services Division. The best candidates don't just respond to client needs – they anticipate them. You'll be the kind of professional who loves finding smart solutions, communicates with warmth and clarity, and never lets a detail slip.
What You Will Do
- Own the client onboarding process—ensuring seamless first impressions and clear next steps.
- Manage a high-volume caseload with precision, handling inbound/outbound calls with urgency and professionalism.
- Track and respond to all new client leads (calls, emails, referrals, and online inquiries) to maximize case intake.
- Initiate claims and send letters of representation in order to efficiently move cases forward.
- Coordinate medical appointments, so clients get the care they need without delays.
- Chase down missing records, bills, and documents—because no detail gets past you.
- Advocate on property damage claims, ensuring clients recover what they're owed.
*Role may include other relevant duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in Korean
- 1-3+ years of experience thriving in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to type at least 40 WPM
- Excellent time management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in large teams and navigate a paperless environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
The pay range for this role is:20 - 26 USD per hour(Costa Mesa, CA)
