The Talent Development Manager is a passionate champion of E INC's values and is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of all associated people programs. Your Talent Development programs will support the overall employee experience and organizational culture, fostering an environment where employees thrive and want to grow. This high-impact role will include the design of career paths, leadership tracks, performance management programs, succession planning programs, and talent development experiences.
Your Talent Development programs may include on-demand modules, in-person or virtual training sessions, and facilitated discussions, all contributing to the design and delivery of unique development experiences that will inspire and engage our employees. The Talent Development Manager will have a variety of interactions with leaders and team members across Canada and the US, responding to questions and needs related to talent development programs and processes.

What You Will Do:
- Design, implement, and deliver internal talent development programs that support the continuous development of E INC employees. Program topics will include front-line leadership and People & Culture systems, policies, and processes.
- Facilitate talent development program design and implementation for diverse audiences and training needs. Research best practices and evaluate cutting-edge solutions to support our employees, foster employee engagement, and enhance employee recognition.
- Provide guidance and expertise on solutions and resources related to talent development. Act as a resource on competencies and development tools for leaders and team members across Canada and the US.
- Identify and address development needs and skills gaps, and partner with leaders to provide coaching on all aspects of talent development, including delivering effective feedback, performance reviews, goal setting, and employee engagement.
- Recommend a strategy for delivering compliance training across multiple states and provinces.
- Enhance and deliver new hire orientation sessions.
- Partner with internal teams to seamlessly embed talent development programs within the organization and ensure consistent support and transparency across all lines of communication to team members and leaders.
- Manage and allocate training budget to leaders and employees within the organization.
- Create a process for leaders to apply for training funds for external training opportunities.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR, Business or Psychology, or other appropriate field, as well as 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing talent development programs.
- Ability to develop and facilitate dynamic content and group activities while adapting the approach and style for a variety of audiences and learning styles.
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop and implement innovative training solutions.
- Strong project management and process improvement capabilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of organizational development theories and methodologies and talent management principles and practices.
- Ability to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Results-orientation and a focus on delivery, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and execute tasks in a timely manner.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets).
- Certified Human Resources Professional or Leader (CHRP or CHRL) designation an asset.
- Languages: English (required), French (an asset)

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $95,000.00 - $110,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
