About the Role
Looking for a long-term career? Currently we are looking for a HVAC Service Technician and are accepting applications with skills ranging from entry level to journeyman. We are seeking a full-time experienced HVAC Service Technician to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
What you'll do
- Ensure that assigned properties are maintained according to company standards
- Some heavy lifting of equipment
- Troubleshoot problems and make repairs
- Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum 3 years' field experience in HVAC maintenance or equivalent field
- Or, 2 years' of Technical school training and 1 year in the field
- A general mechanical knowledge of plumbing, electrical and building trades
- Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills
- Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance
- Have a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (both required)

The pay range for this role is:25 - 29 USD per hour(Cressy Mishawaka)
